Zumba Fitness Pop-Up Retail Experience

Zumba fitness needed an event marketing partner for its annual Zumbawear Pop Up Retail Store at Los Angeles, California, and Orlando, Florida conference events. Evolve Activation marketing teams worked with Zumba’s internal event group to design a retail event that would provide optimal sales and consumer experience. We provided event marketing services from beginning to end. Services included the shipment of retail supplies, setting up and managing a 35,000 sq. ft. Zumbawear pop-up shop, staffing the convention with more than 300 retail brand advocates and event staff. Event Staff managed the various elements of the store, including greeting consumers, providing fashion and fitting advice, managing fitting rooms, selling products, managing customer service, providing merchandising, and tracking results. In the end, Zumba sold out of $2 million in fashion and fitness products at each 3-day conference. We produce this event annually based on our flexibility, partnership, and ability to elevate every year’s retail marketing experience.
