Experiential Festival Marketing: Experiential Sponsorship Activation

As title sponsor of the largest outdoor music event in Arizona for 5 years, Youtheory engaged Evolve to negotiate and activate an experiential sponsorship activation that included VIP sampling, street teams, main stage signage/product integration, and a large experiential footprint. Recognizing that attendees of multi-day music festivals appreciate the opportunity to freshen up, we offered custom hair braiding and temporary color from professional hairstylists while providing education on the benefits of Collagen and other Youtheory products. Prior to the activation, we activated demos at AZ-based Sprouts, distributing complimentary passes to anyone who purchased the product on-site.
