IMMERSIVE BRAND ACTIVATION: EXPERIENTIAL TOUR TO CAPTIVATE AUDIENCES

Experiential Marketing Activation involving characters and actors for a mobile tour.

Amazon partnered with Evolve to promote and screen their new film, The Aeronauts, in 5 cities nationwide.  In partnership with AKQA, Amazon’s creative agency, we secured permits, identified and secured vendors, managed logistics, and provided on-the-ground support to bring to life a fully immersive brand activation: 1860s fair, complete with rides in a custom hot air balloon.  Staff and performers such as fortune tellers and cartoonists dressed in period attire guided guests through 9 different engagements, transforming modern-day city parks into places of exploration and wonder.
