Ricky comes from a dynamic background in theater, live entertainment, and experiential marketing, where he has helped bring a wide range of productions and events to life from Los Angeles to New York and even down in New Orleans. Working behind the scenes in fast paced environments taught him that every successful event relies on equal parts preparation, adaptability, and the ability to solve problems before anyone else notices them.
As Operations Coordinator, Ricky serves as an organizational go-to for every kind of experiential marketing campaign, be it brand activations, pop up experiences, guerrilla marketing initiatives, or large scale festival productions. Equipped with a Swiss Army knife of skills, he keeps projects moving from planning through execution with careful coordination, clear communication, and meticulous attention to detail. Whether managing logistics, coordinating vendors, supporting field teams, or troubleshooting unexpected challenges, Ricky is committed to making every activation run as smoothly as possible. If that means jumping behind the wheel to deliver supplies or lending an extra set of hands on site, he is already on the way!
Known for his positive attitude, calm approach under pressure, genuine dedication to client success, and levity when it’s needed Ricky believes great partnerships are built on trust, transparency, and consistent communication. He enjoys collaborating with brands, agencies, production teams, and event staff to develop creative solutions that keep projects on track and exceed expectations.
When everything goes according to plan, Ricky is happy to let the work speak for itself. When things do not go according to plan, he is usually one of the people quietly fixing the problem before anyone has time to panic.
