Raffi Grigorian is a seasoned marketing and operations leader with more than 20 years of experience in experiential marketing, brand activation, and advertising. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for developing innovative programs, leading high-performing teams, and delivering measurable results for some of the world's most recognized brands. His expertise spans strategic planning, account management, operations, business development, and agency leadership.
Raffi has held a variety of executive-level leadership roles throughout his career. As Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Eventive Marketing, a member of the Omnicom Group, and later as a Managing Director within the MDC Partners network, he was responsible for accelerating agency growth, improving operational efficiency, and fostering strong client relationships. His ability to align strategy, operations, and creative execution has helped agencies scale while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional client service and results.
Over the years, Raffi has partnered with leading Fortune 500 companies, including Procter & Gamble, Kellogg's, Coors, Johnson & Johnson, the National Football League (NFL), and PNC Bank. He has successfully guided brands through complex marketing initiatives, large-scale experiential campaigns, product launches, sponsorship activations, and consumer engagement programs. His collaborative approach and commitment to excellence have earned the trust of both clients and colleagues throughout the industry.
As Evolve Activation’s Integration & Strategy Lead, Raffi focuses on transforming ideas into actionable programs that drive business results. He is responsible for developing and launching new initiatives, aligning internal teams, streamlining processes, and ensuring programs are built for successful execution and long-term growth. By connecting strategy, operations, and client objectives, he helps create scalable solutions that maximize impact while delivering value to brand partners.
