Dan Ranjit is the Performance Executive at Evolve Activation, where he oversees business operations, financial performance, resource planning, and process improvement across the agency. With more than 20 years of experience in experiential marketing, Dan brings a unique perspective shaped by working in nearly every facet of the industry from touring the country as a field leader to managing national staffing operations and helping drive agency performance at the executive level.

Dan's experiential marketing career began on the road as a Tour Manager, where he spent over six years leading mobile marketing tours and live brand experiences for both Fortune 500 companies and emerging challenger brands. During that time, he managed programs for nationally recognized brands including Volkswagen, Ocean Spray, McDonald's, Progressive Insurance, RadioShack, and Tyson Foods. Traveling coast to coast, he developed firsthand expertise in event execution, logistics, consumer engagement, team leadership, and the countless details required to bring memorable brand experiences to life.

Following his touring career, Dan transitioned into a National Staffing Director role, where he led recruitment, training, and deployment efforts for experiential programs across the United States. Managing large-scale staffing initiatives further strengthened his expertise in workforce planning, talent development, operational efficiency, and team leadership while supporting programs in multiple markets nationwide.

Dan joined Evolve Activation and has since held several key positions within the organization, including Executive Producer and Account Executive. These experiences provided him with a comprehensive understanding of experiential marketing from both the operational and client-service sides of the business. Working closely with clients, production teams, and agency leadership, he developed a reputation for connecting strategy with execution while maintaining a strong focus on accountability, collaboration, and results.

Today, as Performance Executive, Dan focuses on helping Evolve operate at its highest level. His responsibilities include financial planning and forecasting, budget oversight, resource allocation, operational efficiency, reporting, and process development. By combining his hands-on experiential background with a passion for business performance, he helps ensure that Evolve's teams have the tools, systems, and support needed to deliver exceptional work for clients.

What makes Dan's perspective unique is his experience across the entire experiential ecosystem. Having worked in the field, managed national staffing operations, produced programs, supported client relationships, and now led agency performance initiatives, he understands the challenges and opportunities that exist at every level of the business. This broad experience allows him to approach problems with practicality, empathy, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
