Callie Elliott is an experiential marketing professional who loves turning ideas into experiences that people actually remember. With a background in account management, event production, and brand activations, she works closely with clients and partners to bring campaigns to life - from initial planning all the way through execution.
Since joining Evolve Activation, Callie has helped manage a wide range of experiential programs for brands across food and beverage, retail, technology, automotive, and lifestyle industries. Her experience includes mobile tours, pop-up experiences, product sampling programs, farmers market activations, sponsorships, trade shows, and large-scale consumer events. Whether she's coordinating logistics, managing timelines, working with vendors, or supporting teams on-site, she enjoys solving problems and finding ways to make ambitious ideas happen.
As an Account Manager, Callie serves as a day-to-day partner for clients, helping navigate the countless moving pieces that go into successful activations. She is known for her organization, attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure while keeping projects moving forward. Her collaborative approach allows her to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and teammates alike.
